Late Night Write

The building is closed except to NaNo writers.  Stay all night or just drop by for a few hours.  As always, coffee and tea will be provided, and we’ll order pizza at 7:00 PM, but potluck style is always appreciated.

T.G.I.O Party

Come celebrate the writing you accomplished this past month and help plan on how to keep your momentum going throughout the year.  Hang out with people who “get you”, eat goodies, and read favorite excerpts from your work.

Join us for a potluck-style kick-off party. We’ll go over the changes to the new site, answer questions about  NaNoWriMo FAQs, have handouts to speed your writing process along, and have a bunch of computers set up for a “Try Before You Buy” on various writing software.

HELENS, OR – The St. Helens Public Library will host the Mazamas and the Oregon Historical Society for a presentation and glass lantern slideshow on the history of the Mazamas, mountaineering, and outdoor recreation in the Pacific Northwest. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, October 1 at 7 p.m. in the Library’s Auditorium.
