CAR
It's a short half hour car ride from downtown Portland to the heart of the Historic District of St. Helens. Oregon's Pacific Coast is only a short drive away as well. 67 miles to Astoria, 82 miles to Seaside and 90 miles to Cannon Beach just to name a few favorite coastal communities. Let's not forget to mention the larger metropolitan cities located within a short half hour drive including Hillsboro, Beaverton, and Portland.

Scappoose Airport
Located only 7 miles away is Scappoose Airport. Owned and operated by the Port of Columbia County, Scappoose Airport is a public use facility located within the city limits and urban growth boundary of the City of Scappoose. Scappoose Airport covers 196 acres, sits at an elevation of 58 feet above mean sea level, and has a single 15/33 asphalt runway that measures 5,100 ft. by 100 ft. It is the second busiest non-towered general aviation airport in Oregon with 60,000 operations per year and provides “reliever” capabilities to Hillsboro and Portland International Airports. There are a variety of light industrial properties currently available for lease adjacent to Scappoose Airport, located both inside and outside the airport fence. BOAT
The City of St. Helens is located right on the Columbia River. We have access and opportunities for personal and commercial boating endeavors. Dock at the local St. Helens Marina or City docks. Take a visit to Sand Island as well, an actual island owned by the City of St. Helens and the State of Oregon.
