Utility Rates
Utility rates are changing effective July 15, 2024. View the new rates at the following links:
APPLICATION FOR SERVICE
If you need to initiate services in your name you can fill out a Utility Service Form below and email your documentation into our staff (email addresses are on the form). You may also visit in person at 275 Strand St.
WINTER AVERAGE
Most residents receive a "winter average" for their sewer portion of their utility bill. Each year, the City recalculates your sewer fees by averaging your water consumption during the winter months (Feb 15 through March 15).
TAMPERING WITH METERS
Water meters are City property and should not be tampered with. Use the contact information below if you have a water or sewer emergency, such as a broken pipe or leak. During non-business hours, please use the Emergency After Hours line, 503-397-1521.
