S.H.A.R.P After School Program (St. Helens Afterschool Recreation Program)

S.H.A.R.P REGISTRATION FOR 2024/2025

Registrations open at 8 a.m. on the dates below:

 Current participants: Registration starts Monday, May 13th 

Siblings of participants: Monday May 20th 

New S.H.A.R.P Students: Friday, May 24th

A $50 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration. This fee is nonrefundable and non-transferable.

Tuition payments are due monthly by the 20th day of the prior month, with the first payment of the year due on August 20th, 2024. Payments made after the 20th will incur a $30 late fee. Once enrolled, your child will continue to be enrolled unless a 30-day notice is given, or payments become delinquent.

The St. Helens Afterschool Recreation Program (S.H.A.R.P.) is an after school program designed for students in kindergarten through 5^th grade. 

Tuition for the 2024-25 school year is $3400 for th year or you can pay monthly at $340 per month (September - June: see specific dates of operation for further details, we operate in connection with the St. Helens School District Calendar and that doesn't always match with Arthur Academy).

Payment is due in advance by the 20th of the month before participation. September’s payment is due August 20th, 2023. A late fee of $30 starting in September applies when fees are paid after the 20th of the previous month. Snacks are provided. 

Tuition does not include holidays, winter break, spring break, or additional no school day events.  There may be other camps/kids days out that St. Helens Parks and Recreation offers but it will be an additional fee.

Busing service to Lewis and Clark is available for McBride, Columbia City and Arthur Academy schools.

After school - 5:30 p.m. | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

After school -5:30 p.m. | Wednesdays (early release days)

We do not currently accept ERDC/scholarships for this program. All monies collected for this program support the hiring of staff, training, insurance and program supplies.
