Heinie Heumann Park
park description
The park is fairly flat with a sharp rise towards the edge bordering Tualatin Street. A small wastewater drainage ditch cuts through the middle of the park, that is considered a water retention area that floods frequently. The site is planted with grass and there are mature native trees throughout the park. Amenities in the park include picnic tables, see-saws, and a community garden on the border of the senior center.
parking
Although there is no official parking, there is a narrow gravel strip on South 15th Street which can be used and the senior center parking lot next to the park can be utilized as well.
