Columbia Botanical Gardens
Trail description
The gardens were constructed at the site of an old rock quarry. Within the site there is very little soil, swampy areas along with higher elevated areas with large moss-covered boulders. Vegetation abounds throughout the park and includes evergreen and deciduous trees, many wild shrubs, and swamp plants. The trail is a gravel-covered nature trail through a very natural landscape with one entrance with a trail that leads back around to the entranceway.
parking
Parking is available with on-street gravel parking on Belton Road and also at the nearby Elk's Lodge parking lot.
