Criminal Offenses
In municipal courts, a criminal offense is a misdemeanor crime where you could serve jail time. Examples of those offenses include, but are not limited to: Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII), Hit and Run, Reckless Driving, Assault in the Fourth Degree, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.
