November 6, 2019
The City of St. Helens Utility Billing Department recently converted to a new software system.
Some payment information has changed with the software conversion. All utility billing customers now have a NEW utility billing account number. Your account number is now in the format of xx-xxxxx-xxx.
If you prefer to pay your bill over the phone or online, below is updated payment information/instructions:
PHONE PAYMENTS
New phone payment number: 1-833-259-4016
- You can now save your card number for faster payment over the phone (optional)
- You will need to use your NEW account number
WEBSITE/ONLINE PAYMENTS
New online payment website: https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/sthelensor
- You will need to create a new login with a new username and password
- You will need to have your NEW utility billing account number and the amount of your last payment to register your new account
- If you previously had auto payments set up using your credit card as your payment method, you will need to set up auto payments again
- You can now choose your preferred auto payment date when paying by credit card. The payment date needs to be no later than the 20th of each month to avoid a late fee
