FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

February 22, 2018

St. Helens, Ore. - The City of St. Helens is converting its utility billing schedule for water, sewer, and storm water services to a monthly billing cycle. This change should make it easier for customers to budget for their St. Helens utility bill and allow for more efficient and rapid water leak detection.

St. Helens utility customers will receive their last bi-monthly (two month) utility bill at the end of February. This bill includes utility usage from December 16, 2017 to February 15, 2018 and has a due date of March 10, 2018.

The first monthly bill will include utility usage from February 16 to March 15. The bill will be mailed at the end of March and is due on April 10, 2018.

The City of St. Helens Utility Billing Division offers an automatic payment option for bills. If you are currently signed up for auto pay and need to stop this service or if you would like to sign up for auto pay, you will need to contact the Utility Billing staff by Friday, March 30 for changes to be reflected on your bill due on April 10.
