Based on this year’s Summer Reading theme, A Universe of Stories, please join Dan Dieter at the Columbia Center Auditorium for a replay of the Long Now Seminar ‘Prospects for Humanity’ by Martin Rees, Astronomer Royal.
The original video is part of the Seminars About Long-term Thinking (SALT) series and was originally aired in January 2019. Martin Rees will talk about technology, artificial intelligence, and climate science with prognostications about the future of mankind. Runtime is about an hour and a half.
