Maker Monday
Monday, November 4, 2024 - 11:00am
Open hours allow makers to use the Makerspace to work on their own projects. This unstructured time gives makers access to the Makerspace equipment. Certification or an introduction to some equipment require an appointment with Jana, our Makerspace Librarian, during maker appointment time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She will be in the room to monitor use and provide limited support.
Makers may use three types of equipment:
- Equipment requiring certification (after the Maker 101 class and/or an appointment with Jana)
- Equipment requiring a brief introduction (after a one-on-one appointment with Jana)
- Equipment not requiring certification or an introduction (no class or appointment needed)
See our website for the list of equipment and information about training and introduction requirements. No registration or appointment is required for Maker Mondays and Maker Fridays. Other programs may require registration or an appointment.
