Basic Crochet Workshop
Wednesday, May 17, 2023
5:30 to 7 pm
St. Helens Public Library Makerspace
Instructor: Michele Berg

If you are a beginner, struggling, or just need a refresher course, this workshop is for you. If you already have a beginning project going or haven't crocheted in years and need a few hints to get back in the swing, join us! Michele will help you find the technique that is most comfortable for you.

You will receive a small ball of yarn (100% acrylic) with a sample project already started so you can start crocheting right away. Crochet hooks, size H (5.00 mm), will be available for use in class, or you may bring your own. An H or I (5.5 mm) will work. By the end of the class, you will be familiar with the single crochet stitch, chaining, and how to turn at the end of a row. Class size is limited to 8.
