Utility Billing and Municipal Court Building Closure May 21-22, 2024: Ways we can still assist you
The City Hall Annex building (Utility Billing and Court) is closed today and tomorrow, May 21-22, 2024, for in-person assistance. The closure today, May 21, is for joint utility trench work taking place immediately outside the building as part of the Streets and Utilities Extension Project.
The Utility Billing offices will be closed tomorrow, May 22, for staff training. Construction work may still be occurring tomorrow, which means that Municipal Court offices will also be closed for in-person assistance.
If you need to make a utility bill payment, you can still use the following options:
- Phone payment line: 1-833-259-4016
- Questions and talk to staff: 503-397-6272, option 1
- Website: https://sthelensor.municipalonlinepayments.com/sthelensor
- Drop Box: St. Helens Public Library, 375 S. 18th Street
UB Staff will not be available to answer questions on May 22 due to a staff-wide training day.
