Self Protection Advocacy Rights Council is a group sponsored by CCMH. The group benefits your adults (14 and older) who experience an intellectual, or developmental disability to meet on a monthly basis to learn about resources in this community, build your self advocacy skills and make new friends! SPARC will meet every third Tuesday of each month of the Recreation Center. If you have question, you can call Betty Bundy at 503-438-8907
