Police: Missing Boy Located

St. Helens, Ore. – River Casino Elder, a 13 year old boy who was reported missing on May 24, 2017 has been located.
This morning at about 9:30 a.m. River and his seventeen year old brother were found by a family friend at an empty house in Rainier Oregon. The woman transported both boys to the Columbia County Courthouse and left them in the office of Judge Cathleen Callahan.
The Columbia County Circuit Court will determine the custody status of the boys and their eventual placement.
