Can you ID Me? July 10, 2022 Theft

The St. Helens Police Department took a report of a stolen electric bicycle which occurred in the Safeway parking lot at 795 S. Columbia River Highway on Sunday, July 10, 2022, at approximately 7:43 p.m.
A suspect was observed on video surveillance taking the bicycle to a motorhome which was parked near the south entrance of the Safeway parking lot. The suspect is a male who was last seen wearing a white tank top and shorts.
The stolen bicycle is a white colored ZNH brand electric bike with a “REDS” sticker on the battery pack.
