St. Helens, Ore. – St. Helens Police are seeking to identify the pictured individual related to a three-vehicle hit-and-run crash which occurred at the intersection of Highway 30 and Sykes Road on Friday, April 7, 2023, at approximately 12:21 p.m. If you know the identity of this person, please contact the St. Helens Police Department by calling 503-397-1521.
