The 1950 Census records were released Friday, April 1, 2022, by the National Archives and Records Administration.  Our own Sue LeBlanc will be hitting the highlights of the 1950 Census.  Come and learn some of what has been discovered within the first few days.

The St. Helens Writers Guild is an association of local St. Helens and Columbia County, Oregon area writers. Membership is diverse, covering all genres. Some members are published, some are seeking publication, many write for personal enjoyment, while there are still others who simply enjoy writing and the company of writers.

Membership is open to persons of all ages. Meeting activities include time for sharing of work, writing practice exercises and other presentations.

Join us in the Makerspace for interactive, project-based programs to help you get familiar with our brand new equipment! In this class, we will use our 3D printers to create planters for your succulents!.

In this class a community guest-maker, Elsa, will show participants how to use a laser-cut loom to create everything from bookmarks to bracelets! Looms will be available to purchase at material cost ($6.00).

Age requirement: This project will require the ability to follow detailed instructions and focus for extended periods of time.  Also includes using small sharp tools and fine motor skills.
