Construction of underground conduits for franchise utilities including vaults, handholes, sweeps, service conduits and other materials required. Provide all trenching, backfill and cover, conduit and fittings, conductors and all other labor and materials not furnished by the franchise utility companies. Work also includes the installation, maintenance and removal of temporary traffic control and erosion control measures, and the removal and replacement of existing sidewalks and pavement.
Site Location: The intersection of S 1st Street and St. Helens Street in St. Helens, Oregon.
A public bid opening was not held. Project procurement was by direct solicitation in accordance with Resolution No 1995 Emergency Procurement.
