Belton Road Sewer Step System Capacity Study

The City of St. Helens, Oregon is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to complete a comprehensive capacity study for the Belton Road Sewer Step System. Work for this project includes preparing a System Capacity Report which summarizes the modeling methods and available capacity. Work also includes a site survey to obtain the locations of all connected pumps and laterals to the existing system. The consultant must demonstrate experience in preparing Sanitary Sewer Capacity Studies.
Proposals will be received at the City of St. Helens City Hall at 265 Strand St, St. Helens, Oregon 97051 until 2:00 pm, Tuesday March 18, 2025.
