September 17 - October 30: On Saturdays and Sundays, the following streets are closed:
- South 1st Street from St. Helens Street to Cowlitz Street
- Strand Street from Cowlitz Street to Plaza Square
- The Plaza Square
- Parking lot behind South 1st Street
Anyone is welcome to use the paid parking lot on the St. Helens riverfront. The parking lot entrance is at the end of Plymouth Street. Parking is $15 per vehicle in advance and $20 at the gate. Tickets can be purchased on the Spirit of Halloweentown website.
October 1 (Parade): The Big Halloween Parade will stage floats on Milton Way. Milton Way will be closed from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. from Columbia Boulevard to the Port Avenue street corner.
Along the parade route, Columbia Boulevard and South 1st Street will be closed from 5 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m.
If you want to attend the parade and are looking for a quieter area away from festival visitors, consider watching the parade along Columbia Boulevard from the Lewis and Clark Elementary School to the corner of South 1st Street.
