The City of St. Helens is seeking a private developer to partner with the City in the redevelopment of a City-owned 25-acre waterfront property adjacent to downtown St. Helens, Oregon. The property’s unique waterfront location, mountain views, and proximity to downtown create a rare opportunity to bring mixed-use development to St. Helens.
The City invites those who are interested in this rare redevelopment opportunity to watch this video which introduces the project: https://youtu.be/C8VkXUMCWP8
The City has acquired the funding for construction of public infrastructure to prepare the site for redevelopment. The public infrastructure, which includes utility extensions, public access improvements, park improvements, and partial street improvements, will be bid Summer 2022.
Questions and responses to this RFQ are to be submitted to: John Walsh, City Administrator at jwalsh@sthelensoregon.gov or by phone at (503) 366-8211. Responses due by April 1 at 3:00 p.m. PST.
