St. Helens, Ore. – The City of St. Helens is pleased to announce that Building Maintenance Utility Worker Roger Stauffer has been named the 2016 Employee of the Year. The award was announced at the City’s annual employee recognition banquet on January 27, 2017.

Stauffer was one of 11 employees nominated by his peers for the award. Stauffer is one of the newer employees at the City of St. Helens. He was hired in March 2016. Prior to working for the City, Stauffer owned Roger Stauffer Remodeling.
