IT Specialist

The City of St. Helens is accepting applications for the position of IT Specialist. The qualified candidate will assist in the management of all aspects of the City's technology infrastructure, provide highly skilled, escalated support to internal users, and identify opportunities in the areas of upgrades, service additions, and routing maintenance.
Qualifications: Applicants must have 5+ years of experience as an IT consultant or technician plus 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk support role; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job.
Salary: The position offers a wage scale of $5,224 (step 1) to $6,381 (step 5) and an excellent benefits package.
